The concept of À La Dérive x Ras l'bol

Chef Romain Riva, behind the menu at Ras L'bol in Aylmer, has teamed up with À La Dérive to offer you a unique dining experience. Located at 920 Saint-Joseph, this new concept welcomes you into an intimate 35-seat space, ideal for sharing a moment with your partner or friends. Here, the kitchen is open-concept, allowing guests to enjoy an immersive experience while enjoying relaxed and friendly service.

Right inside the restaurant, you'll find our shop, where you can purchase a selection of our canned beers to go. You can also place your order online and pick it up while enjoying a bowl of ramen on-site.
