À La Dérive has equipped itself with a system of twenty keg lines in order to offer the most complete beer experience to visitors. All of our beers are available on tap as well as a selection of exceptional beers from various microbreweries in the province. The inspiration for our beers comes from the abundant wealth of Nordic flora that we meet every day.
The essence of À La Dérive cuisine is motivated by the desire to offer tasty dishes. All the sauces, meats and marinades are lovingly prepared on site by our culinary team, which continues to refine the recipes. The menu will be constantly changing over the seasons to highlight different products from the region.
The À La Dérive project is motivated by the creation of quality craft beers, the environment and culture. We want to use ingredients from the region to make our beers to reduce our ecological footprint, promote the circular economy and create products that reflect the great diversity of Quebec flora. In addition to being a positive economic lever in the Pointe-Gatineau sector, À La Dérive is part of a logic of sustainable development.
